At The Opal Jewels, we want you to love every piece you wear. While we do not offer returns, we provide a straightforward exchange process to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.


1. Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure your request meets the following criteria within 10 days of your purchase:

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original Opal Jewels packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: We only accept exchanges for items purchased directly from our official store.


2. How to Initiate an Exchange

Exchanging your jewelry is a simple 3-step process:

  1. Request: Email our support team at order.theopaljewels@gmail.com within the 10-day window.

  2. Pickup: Once approved, we will organize a reverse pickup from your address for your convenience.

  3. Shipping Fee: A shipping fee is applicable for standard exchanges. However, if you are exchanging a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great pride in our quality, but if something isn’t right, we are here to fix it immediately.

  • Report Window: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Requirement: To process a claim for damage or missing items, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will provide instructions for a complimentary exchange and send out a replacement.
